SON.IA is developed and operated by onsmart.AI (CNPJ 20.955.046/0001-71), headquartered in São Paulo/SP with a branch in Curitiba/PR, Brazil.

SON.IA is a corporate Operational AI platform that enables companies to create, orchestrate, and operate AI agents connecting inbound and outbound communication to processes, systems, and human participation, according to contracted capabilities and scope.

Specific commercial conditions — plans, volumes, prices, SLA and implementation scope — are defined in a dedicated proposal and agreement signed between onsmart.AI and the customer.

3. Proper use

When using the website and the platform, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information in forms and registrations;
  • Not use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, or messages that violate the policies of integrated channels (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies);
  • Comply with applicable law, including the LGPD, in communications carried out through AI agents;
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the platform.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — trademarks, logos, texts, images, layout and software — belongs to onsmart.AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior express authorization is prohibited.

5. Responsibilities and limitations

onsmart.AI uses its best efforts to keep the website and platform available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. The platform provides governance, audit and human handoff mechanisms, and the customer is responsible for configuring and supervising its agents according to its business context.

onsmart.AI is not liable for decisions made solely based on content generated by AI agents without human validation.

The processing of personal data through this website and the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

7. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes implies agreement with the new terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
