SON.IA is an Operational AI platform developed and operated by onsmart.AI (Brazilian company ID — CNPJ 20.955.046/0001-71), headquartered at Rua Arizona, 1349, Conj 1B, Cidade Monções, 04567-901, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, with a branch at Rua Comendador Araújo, 499, Cj 1003, 10th floor, Centro, 80420-000, Curitiba/PR, Brazil.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data processed through this website and the SON.IA platform, taking into account applicable requirements of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
